You should not have to rip yourself into pieces to keep others whole. It’s important/healthy to say No. Priorities yourself, put yourself first always, don’t ever think that’s selfish. You can’t expect to save others if you don’t save yourself first. Like Ms Hill said, “ How you gon win if you ain’t right within”.
