I don't understand why everybody can't be nice. I got yelled at by my dad because they were lowering my self-esteem and telling me what I should and shouldn't do and what I have did wrong. She walked out and found someone else to spend her time with. To give her love and cherished memories to them. It’s sad really. But , You shouldnt dwell to much on sadness. Even if, it’s scary.. and hard, and complicated to fix yourself you should try to get better because there are people who will treat you better. Who will love you. Who wont leave you.

I relate to this in so many levels. I hurt everyday but I tell people "I'm good" "today was nice" "I'm happy" but i never even dare to say the words "I'm fine" because as soon as I do you'll ask what's wrong. And I don't want to drag you into my drama but you keep asking. And eventually I break. All my emotions pour out of me and I blame myself for feeling like this because there's no one else to blame. I don't know how to tell people but I've been suffering from insomnia and when I go to talk about it i push it aside. I let people think I'm ok so i don't get them involved. Because I think I can solve things on my own. But no. You keep pushing me until I tell you and you see me crying my eyes out. You say "it's ok I'm here for you" but all i hear is "grow up. Stop acting like your a baby" so i hide my feelings more and more until one day i think about ending it all. But i don't. I instead I go for a walk. I listen to depressing music as i question everything I've ever done. One voice keeps me going everyday and I wish I could say it was my mom's. But it isnt because even though I enjoy her calming voice and her company she isn't home often. My dad lives somewhere else and left my mom for her bestfriend. But the one and only voice that keeps me going every day is my best friend's. She is always the for me even when I don't tell her I'm not ok. And I can't help but think where i would be today without her.

One tip, never put yourself first you will only get hurt... I always put others happiness and health above my own to the point where i stayed friends with someone who would try to drown me and would tell me im a horrible person, she called me selfish for feeling any emotion and it still hurts, and then i met someone who made me happy, my best friend didnt like him... But i stayed his friend, eventually she left because of him, and everyone left and everything fell apart... I grew used to being ignored for weeks... I was used to the pain... And what do i get in return? He stops being my friend entirely... Because aparently he didnt feel i did enough for him! And this is why i never put myself first despite how much it hurts... I was in a toxic relationship, one where we thought we were each others forever. It was around the 4th month that I realized that it wasn’t a healthy relationship. We got together and broke up more times than I can count. He broke me and made me feel like I was the one who caused everything and that I ruined him.
