The first part of this video really reminds me of my best friend... Everybody said to leave him that there is something but I kept trying. He tried leaving many times but I couldn't accept it... Till a few days ago he left forever... Without a word he abandoned me without giving me an explanation of what I did. I genuinely cared about him cared about every little thing he hated or liked. Defended him in front of everyone. Did everything just so he doesn't get hurt.... But he just he just left me.. Was I not worth of atleast some words or an explanation...

I feel this and felt it when my ex left me a month ago and she never looked back. I chased her on and off due to my love and anxious attachment, but finally stopped. I forgave her in my heart. I love her enough to stop and let her be happy. I tried for 20 days now I have to heal. I will always love her and think of her. I wasn't perfect but neither was she. She decided to quit on us and really away. Her actions showed me how little she really cared. Like I'm not worth the right. I know my value and worth and she will I'm time regret her decision. She left my kids as well without saying goodbye. Time to get up,, dust off and push forward.

It's just to all things that I felt and said to him except the new. I would stay sleepless if he doesn't reply me and I did. I know that I could do it for my life time. When I stayed for him and asked him why, He even became mad at me cuz He thought I questioning him but I was just worried about him. Then I apologized for asking why and He didn't even thank to me but actually I didn't care thank or something. I just wanted to make him happy so I didn't want to bother him. I know that I bother him so many times but everything was really the opposite things that I did to my ex before him and I wanted to be happy with him. But I couldn't do it well. When I had half-broken heart, I was acting bad I guess and after a little time, when I act well, He would become like venomous snake and all the things he said makes me apologize so many times and questioning myself. I know I couldn't act well but I swear all the things He said makes my heart tear over and over and over. Even I guess felt this feeling like real everytime. It is like made my heart is burning in real. After He wanted to break up with me, He wanted some time for resting and make his mind clear but it was like He were breaking up w me and I couldn't stand and called him. He said "I wasn't sure but all of ur feelings made me sure". Our breaking up was for 1 month. I wanted him back and He rejected me. I was holding my head like for catching before it fly away :'). And after 1 week he said me that "Do you still love me? Do you still be with me?" and I said that I know that He is gonna break my heart. "I know even if I love u now, I know it is temporary and we shouldn' t be" I thought He were joking on me cuz we knew He won't want to be together ever and never again. I told him "Let's meet after 2 years from that day" He accepted but after 2 days He said that I didn't keep his secret and I am sure that I kept the secrets that He told me to not to tell. And He didn't want to meet after 2 years. Maybe He has a new girlfriend or flert. All the things are 1-2 months away. I don't know what is he doing. I lost my boyfriend 2 weeks ago and I cried so much i stressed myself to the point where my seizures came on. I've been in hospital since and he wants nothing to do with me, but I miss him. I cry every night, every time I'm awake, thinking about him. These words are exactly what I feel and what I want to say. I'm sorry to anyone to has feel this pain.

I went through this when I was younger but I got through it even though it hurt like hell. It made my heart like ice, but I'm still here... The only difference is they didn't leave me, I left them but one I wanted back and it was too late. Both of them (not at same time of course, lol, years apart) ended up marrying later after damaging me and here I am still alone while they live happily ever after. So although I'm over them, I guess there's still unresolved anger that they live happily ever after after destroying me. Hopefully one day I can let that go...it's not healthy for me. If you're going through that too out there, hopefully you, too, can let it go...✨
