This song escorted me directly into the presence of God this morning. I was folding laundry and found myself literally with the clothes still in my hands, raising them to heaven, tears streaming down my face wrapped in the goodness of God. TESTIMONY. I used to be a massive addict. Since I was 15 I was addicted to popping pills to numb the memories of sexual abuse. I absolutely love this song! I do have to declare the name and perfection of God. God’s name is great, and He places His Word above His name. Remember Saints, God “getting better” is our imperfect perception and view of Him. We have to see Him for what He is: God is PERFECT. He is Holy. He is righteous. He is never failing, all seeing, all knowing, all powerful. There is no “worse” in Him. And there is no “better” in Him. He is already the PERFECTION of Heaven as our Creator and Lord God Almighty. He cannot get better. He’s already perfect! 🙏🏾👏🏾🙌🏾
