You don’t need to boil the broccoli before stir frying. Just add some water when cooking if you like it tender

Hi when you put all the ingredients water together mix it do you put a lid on or off and cook it on the pan on low or meduim for how long? Thanks looks good.

It's a wok bud. You always use it very hot. No lid as you are stir frying and keeping it moving.
