Inspired by Christopher Nolan's 2023 film Oppenheimer starring Cillian Murphy, telling the story of the troubled physicist J. Robert Oppenheimer before, during and after his life's achievement of building the atomic bomb.
This ASMR medical roleplay inspired by Oppenheimer features general medical triggers, face massage, face brushing, lotion and creme, eye exam, vision test, light triggers, unintelligible mumbling, soft speaking, hearing test with tuning forks, medical jargon and personal attention.

What is #ASMR?
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response - it's that nice tingling feeling you might get when someone whispers or speaks softly close to your ears or when you hear tapping or scratching sounds or when you get a head massage or any kind of personal attention. A funny moment while seeing Barbie was feeling the vibrations from the theatre that was playing Oppenheimer. It was during a more climactic moment, so it was especially ridiculous.

My brain likes how specific this set of symptoms and treatments is. Videos where nothing is wrong or everything is wrong are very common, but don't trigger ASMR as well for me.
