Perfect recipe with peppers in red sauce and you can even eat it with a whole loaf of bread. It is the best idea for a summer appetizer or mezeto to accompany ouzo!

RECIPE:
Ingredients
Olive oil
5-6 green peppers
2-3 cloves of garlic
1/2 bunch of parsley
3 tomatoes
1 spoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
Oregano
Paprika
Pepper
Bukovo
Method
In hot olive oil, half-roast the peppers that we have cleaned of the seeds.
Then remove the peppers from the pan and in the same oil add the peeled and chopped tomatoes, sugar, salt, oregano, paprika, pepper and the garlic that we have cut into thin slices.
Stir and let the sauce thicken over medium heat.
When the sauce is ready, add the peppers, the bukovo and cook until the peppers soften.
Optionally serve with a broken slice of feta cheese (makes it even more perfect!).
