Welcome to this You & Me Guitar Tutorial by Lifehouse!
This is a great acoustic track and brings me back to the days when I used to binge on Lifehouse music - they were once one of my favourite soft rock bands. It's a great song for beginners as it has a simple strumming pattern and is a great song to get familiar with the typical "singer songwriter" chords.

As a gigging guitar player of almost 40 years, playing lots of metal and rock, I've played in projects with world touring musicians, and musicians in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. When I took up my current acoustic project, I searched for an easy way to learn some of these songs and save me some time, I found it right here. I come here first to see if there is a tutorial because it's laid out perfectly, easy to follow and spot on for my needs. Dave is amazing and I recommend his teachings to those wanting to learn the guitar. Thanks for all the great content Dave, you rock!
