I know I'm 9years late...lol But Hez Walker was always such a humble and down to earth person. I too remember when this Album first came out. Back in 1990. We were having our Annual Cogic Convocation in Philly and my parents had to sing behind him. My mother played that Cassette so much until it got worn out😄. It sounds like HW was traveling all over the country at that time.
Funny (n a sense)..My cousins and I used to joke n sing, "U musty, wash again!" I have such fond memories of attending church throughout my childhood...SMH and LOL!
When Church was Church. When the Gospel music was song to magnify Our Lord and Savior Jesus. When the Saints represent and exemplified Holiness and Righteousness of God, and when God approved and anointed his people. Today so called gospel is ANTI CHRIST. Magnifying self and lifting up man. IDOLATRY!!! ALWAYS SINGING ABOUT FALLING AND CAN'T GET UP. Never reading the word because the word say, He is able to keep us from falling and present us faultless in the present of his glory...God ALWAYS causes his people to triumph in him... All this so called gospel of today is ushering in seducing spirits and doctrine of demons. Some of these ministers were powerful singers now exalting self and satan. The bible said, No man, having put their hand to the plough, and looking back, It's fit for the kingdom.

@kellercoleman..Exactly! I had this on a cassette tape waayyy back in the day. I wore that tape out! This brings back some good memories for me. Hezekiah Walker is the man! With all he's been through, he still comes out on top every time. "God favored him" (pun intended)
i forgot about this song haven't heard this since i was a kid.. you rarely hear of "gospel artist" talking about being born again but that's apart of the gospel message!!

Man I had the cassette and the cd, I let a guy borrow this cd and he never gave it back. Since then i don't give my stuff away period. This album was totally HOTT.
I've been looking for this song for umpteen years, but forgot who sang it, and the lyrics. My mom used to have this album and played it all the time. Darn, 1991? Lol I was only 8 when this came out.
@1lrutledge Amen!!! the word say holliness without which no man will see the Lord!! that's the word and i beleive it 100%.. this easy believism, just shaking the pastor hand and now you are saved stuff anit gonna cut it... if Jesus told Nicodemus that he must be born again then we as followers of Christ must follow suite!!
