Just like all other individual watchmakers, they are 200% passionate about it. Lovely video.

mondaine Watches do a watch desgined to look like the Swiss Train Station clock. It does the pause with the second hand at 12 o'clock but not the jump with the minute hand. They do an automatic and a quartz and have a day date version and a chronograph version. They are pretty cool and well worth the £300-£500.
