Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Kasuri methi - 2 tbsp
Ground masala:

Cinnamon - 2 inches
Cloves - 4
Cardamom - 10
Watermelon seeds - 2 tbsp
Grind into fine powder
Green paste:

Chopped Green chillies - half cup
Mint leaves - half cup
Coriander leaves - half cup
Blend into paste
Chicken Marination:

Raw Chicken - 1kg (Piece weight 40/50/60gms)
Salt
Ground masala
Green paste
Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Curd - half cup
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Green colour - a pinch (Optional)
Preparation:

Oil - 100ml
Cinnamon - 2 inches
Cardamom - 2
Cloves - 3
30 Mins Marinated Chicken
Leftover masala water
Put on High flame
Fried Onions - half cup
CLOSE LID & COOK FOR 5 MINS ON MEDIUM FLAME
Hot water - 1 Glass (250ml)
CLOSE LID & COOK FOR 5 MINS ON MEDIUM FLAME
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Kasuri methi - 2 tbsp
Cook on medium flame
STOVE OFF
