Just bought this Boots today. When I was in shop trying copa mudial ( so good) nike premium ( didn't Work for me) new balance 442 pro ( Good ) puma king ( Good). But the moment i slip into this that's it no more trying other's. The same moment my comment to this video got reply by this brother who was recommended Asics. Really appreciate his honest feedback, you sure now what you are doing brother! Thank you

I went down half size for the Ultrezza 1 cause the leather stretched out abit when i went TTS and there was an uncomfortable space. Stretched out the half size down and they were perfect. loved it!

The teal blue matches your color theme.The stud pattern and outsole looks really good. Asics is so underrated, even though they make good boots.

I will say this I say Asics football boots definitely needs a comeback to the North American and European markets. Their stuffs from football to running shoes are absolutely amazing. Wore the OG Ultrarezza back in 2019 and actually enjoyed it even though I admit I have preferred the Lethal Testimonials and DS Light DS light X-Fly over the Ultrarezza. Also this colorway reminds me on one of the two Ds Light X-fly 4s signature colorways that Asics made for Andres Iniesta when he joined them back in 2018. He was also the main poster boy for the first Ultrarezza

So you've worn the Lethal Testimonials for football/soccer? Is that right? It has double the heel lift of the other boots Asics makes for football, which is why Asics recommends it for rugby rather than football. But I'm still curious about them for football, I like the idea of the lift reducing strain on the lower leg and knees. If you have used them for football, can you testify that the extra heel lift wasn't an issue for your touch on the ball? I'm just worried that extra lift affects dribbling and close ball control. Rugby players don't need to worry about those things.

@@CognizantCheddar first of all do take this reply I’m giving you with a grain of salt given it’s my experience and mine would be different from others When I wore the Lethal Testimonials it fitted me well and I didn’t had any sort of issues despite the heel lift. My touch on the ball didn’t suffered so all in all for me it worked well. Did took me a bit of my time to get used to it but once I got used to it worked well.

Thanks for another great video Noah. Its always appreciated that you take the time to review boots outside of the big three. Its been said a thousand times now but ASICS really need to re-enter the western market. They already make and do very well with their running, tennis, and volleyball shoes in the West. Their football ⚽ boots likewise are quality. There is no rsason they could not be as successful with the right exposure and marketing.

Loving the Asics content! ⚡️ Thank you for showcasing them, your reviews turned me onto their boots. I've enjoyed the xfly 5 and now the xfly pro 2(new softer leather is great). They just fit my feet nearly perfect and are incredibly comfortable. I do prefer a half size down as their leather stretches quite a bit. Tokyo football has great prices and availability on them too. Cheers!

The Ultrezza 2 I've heard weren't that good by some people. Ultrezza 1 was really popular and now this as well. Would love to see u give this one a playtest. (Btw any chance the older Ultrezza 1 and 2s might get a chance in this channel?)

Hey! Came across your channel a couple of days ago. By far the best play tests and reviews I’ve seen. One small suggestion: It’s really useful that in your reviews you show putting the boots on. As somebody with wider feet this can be a deal breaker! But it would also be useful to see you take them off. That can sometimes be just as annoying with certain boots. It’s maybe 15 seconds extra in the video but would be really useful for purchase decisions. Especially boots with collars!

Weight is genuinely inconsequential mate 🤝 Most people hardly notice the difference between something like this and a raw speed boot. At the end of the day I'd focus more on what FITS better

are the studs smaller then the ds xfly 5 ? i have the ds xfly 5 model and they feel great but i dont like how the studs are big and kinda bulky for me. im more of a conical studs kind of person. i play on AG. Any thoughts ? Recommendations?

@@NoahCavanaugh haha yeah but they’re bigger the mizuno studs. For me I find the size of the mizuno neo 4 and nike premier to have the best conical studs out there but that’s my personal preference. Ds xfly studs are slightly too big for me. These ASICS looks sick though 🔥

These are definitely a caliber above the 442s, but also more expensive! I'd probably pick these because of the premium feel and the soleplate is much better compared to the 442. Keep in mind though the 442 is easily the best value for money boot on the market in my opinion, so you really can't go wrong

Curious to know what you think about "MOIS TECT" being absent on the Ultrezzas. It's on the X-Flys. Have you noticed that bit of tech making any difference with maintaining the X-Fly's leather quality?

They’ve got about 11 silos but that’s including their boots that are more for Rugby and Aussie rules. Silos I’ve seen on the soccer field are the X Fly series (5, Pro 2 and Acros 2), Ultrezza 3, Menace 4 and Swift Strike. I’m pretty sure I’ve seen the Lethal Testimonial 4s as well but they tend to be seen more on rugby and Aussie Rules players.
