Hey guys we added a new light to our set up the Godox LC500r and wanted to give my review on why we added it and what I think. It's an amazing light that every wedding or portrait photographer should have in their bag. Hope this helps!
Another fantastic video Will. I like how you started off with some constructive criticism of this product and then went into describing the positive features. Not many RU-vid people post criticism of a product for fear of the rath of the product manufacturer. That tells me you're posting an honest review brother! Also, as far as I can remember you're the only RU-vid photographer that is promoting the use of continuous lights. Everyone else promotes the traditional use of speed lights. I know they both can be very a very effective tool for photography but it's great to see you helping us all expand our knowledge and capabilities. Thanks again for another great video Will, I'm looking forward to the upcoming BTS videos and the master class video. I'll see you in the next one bro!
Hi… really useful and something I’ll be looking into.. do you have more info on the blaze lamp? It’s not something I can find online unless it’s been rebranded as a bitlighter maybe? Cheers
Ya but also, it looks like a lightsaber. 🤓 All my lights are Godox, super happy with their gear. I'll definitely keep this continuous light on my radar, your images look amazing. Would love some behind-the-scenes stuff but I totally get the difficulty to mix that in on a shoot.
So I know this has nothing to to with this but you touched on something and I could use a real opinion,I'll preface that with the circumstances I really think it's time to move to mirrorless but I hate the idea,I use a d200 for many reasons but mainly the black and white output, also I live in an area of Texas that a camera like that is an instant problem no matter what you do with it,I've been looking at the zfc for a long time because when I shoot film people don't hate it they actually don't mind or even are friendly,is the evf really that much better or worse. Specifically on the Nikon because the only one I have ever looked through was the xpro fujifilm and i took it away from my face instantly because it was blue inside, anyways sorry for the long ramble, and I also hope the cameras are getting good enough to get out of the way like with film cameras, well in the real world not RU-vid world but yeah
