I own a pair of these joycons, sadly they are not the best. They are a good concept, but after a month of owning them they began to randomly disconnect from the switch while the joy cons' rails were slid into the sides of the switch. These are the cheaper often, and they show it with a plasticy feel and no sound made when you click any buttons. The better option, albeit expensive, is the Hori split pad pro. They are essentially the same as the Bin Bok but much better feel and officially licenced by Nintendo. They also have some awesome detailed versions with pac man and Pikachu

Everyone is just finding out about this. I’ve these joy ones for about a year now. I got sick of how I couldn’t have a controller that could also be attached to the switch and did some research and found these. Best find ever!

I prefer regular joycons over these ones because when you play competitive games, you grip the joycons harder and the way they are shaped makes it very uncomfortable on your pinky

"Throw out your old joycons" There are problems with the switch that can only be fixed by the joycons that came with the switch if you throw them out and have one of these problems say goodbye to your switch its fine if you wanna replace the joycons say with a 3rd party controller or a new set of joycons just make sure to keep the one that came with the switch

But does it have rumble and amiibo? Now that’s the real true test there.

Just got a pair and they are amazing! Only one problem. The left joycon won't vibrate

Don't buy these if you don't want to wait 45 days for them to ship. Ordered these on Dec 1st, and they still haven't arrived, with no updates until yesterday where i found out the estimated date is Jan 15th. They are using something called Yunexpress, which is also known for many of its packages either arriving very late or not at all.

Yes I had 3 pairs! Every single one of the the left bumper broke! The seller is horrible at responding back to you when needing to replace them

I have this brand. Really solid. The controller housing it’s self feels pretty cheap but boy does the controller work flawlessly for a third party

When you need to click the joystick for a game and it keeps changing colour lmao

Just make sure when traveling to have them separated from the switch or even the controller grip. I had them break on me because I kept them clipped together for the controller grip

Honestly, these are very solid but my only complaint is that the zr button began to become inconsistent on presses (probably from playing too much Splatoon), but overall to me they are better than the official controllers

I like how my extra joycons feel, but they make the system much less portable.

The fact that they are cheaper than regular joy cons and have more features solidifies that nintendo needs to lower joy con prices

Buy KMD controller. It's 20 dollars on Amazon plus tax and is a Bluetooth connection to switch. Works like a charm and fits comfortably, and you can even drop it a few times with no damage (I did). Yes, it has no amiibo reader, but it Handles amazingly, and it a good option if you don't wanna spend 70 dollars every time.
