Great ideas Caroline! I've just created a series, added a few of my books to it and will continue to do so to held build up a solid following. Next will be to include the A+ content on my listings as a good carrot to capture further interest of the customer while they are browsing. All good stuff and looking forward to your further content releases.
Thank you for the information. Your videos are great and informative. I have one question. How do I find my link to the KDP books I have created on Amazon? Thank you for your time.
Adding books to a series is actually a terrible idea right now. If you were actually publishing low/ medium content books regularly, you would know that Amazon is auto-defaulting almost all medium/ low content books over to the "low content/ no ISBN" category, whether or not they have multiple repetitive pages. People are getting series requests blocked left and right at the moment, which puts your account in jeopardy. Please do more research before giving "expert advice."
I regularly upload new books to my colouring book series and have never had an issue with it. Only low content books are now not being given and ISBN and Amazon specifically states in their guidelines that (what I call medium content books) books such as colouring books, activity books, puzzle books etc are not classed as low content.
@@MyFreedomEmpire I have designed puzzle books and was denied to be allowed in a series. I wrote them and they said theyade a mistake and allowed them in a series. I made a couple more maze books and went to add them to the maze series and the series was blocked again. When I asked why the person said they felt different than the other person who said puzzle books were allowed. It seems the people doing the classification are just doing random decisions.
Thanks for all the great info! I need to improve my A+ game. I've been trying to grow an email list for my coloring book brand for over a year but it's really slow going.
Hello I just discovered your channel today and subscribed. I’m getting ready to publish my first book on Amazon and yes… I did hire a professional graphic designer to help with the layout and text. The question I have because it’s so difficult to get a live human being to communicate with on Amazon is this. In my book there are many beautiful illustrations. I would like to merchandise those illustrations. Amazon has a print company for other people to print their content on canvas and merchandise. But I haven’t seen Amazon doing any kind of a fill a Tory program that a vendor could have their copy written images merchandise from the pages of their books onto a professional Level print or canvas or T-shirt, etc.? What do you think of that?
Caroline -- such good ideas to make our book publishing better. Thank you for sharing your expertise and encouragememt. WOW - you make a difference in making us successful. Mucho gracias.

Great video!! I have been watching videos like crazy over publishing to finetune and fill in my gaps... I get something valuable from each one. I love the listing optimization tips.
On KDP, do new authors run some risk of getting flag with too many edits being addressed resulting in numerous uploads initially? Does KDP track the material degree of the edits to perhaps come back to the author and say hey you need a new ISBN? Thanks
This is so helpful! Thank you so much. I have several non-fiction books already published but never made the connection of linking them as a series since they all have a similar theme. The extra tips too on the copyright page of getting more information and offering a freebie etc are gold!
I just added six of books into a new series, and it took less than 15 minutes. Maybe it will help customers see the options I have (instead of buying from someone else). Next, I need to research how to videos on adding A+ content to a title or series. Thank you. This was something I didn't know (A+), and now I do...
Hi again, I understood the importance of using the A+content but you did not show us where to find it or how to do it. Do you have another video that provides these details? Thanks so much.
In your KDP dashboard - click marketing tab at the top and you can access A+ there - you will need to load to each book type (kindle or pb) and each market. It’s still a bit clunky.
