I can only imagine if you had a PC that shows actual transfer speeds and UHS-II cards and/or CF Express cards to test the TRUE transfer speeds of the reader. I'm serious, I can only imagine since MicroSD cards are the SLOWEST cards by far out of all of these and can't be relied on for any sort of speed metrics.

I like this, it ticks many boxes for me. My desk SD/MicroSD reader died earlier this year and the little Sandisk reader I have as a backup is slow. Having CF Express on this one is great because I don't currently have a portable reader to use with my Z9, and yes I keep my cards in a case but it's so much effort to put them away. I like the removable tray, I think having it fixed would be a real pain when using it as a reader.

Hey Matt, absolutely! I'm forever losing SD cards, and while I did have a hard shell case before, it wasn't exactly as streamlined as this, plus the fact it's a reader almost forces you to put the cards away when you've transferred your data
