Do these create any hyper flashing like when you swap halogen turn signals with LED?

I just installed mine. I have halogen front signals and LED rear signals and after doing these side LEDs, there is hyperflash now. Do I need resistors on every LED signal to prevent this?

That's so weird, your rear blinkers need resistors but your led signals shouldn't
