🔴 Ingredients Cooked pot meat with potatoes
1 kg of meat cut into cubes (Palette, limp, flank, muscle…)
1 medium onion, finely chopped
4 medium sliced potatoes
1 medium tomato, diced
1 medium pepper cut into cubes
3 crushed garlic cloves
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons of smoked paprika
½ teaspoon of cumin
3 shallow teaspoons of salt
½ teaspoon of black pepper (to taste)
2 shallow teaspoons of paprika (optional)
1 cup of water (240ml)
1 cup of tomato sauce (240ml)
Coriander or chopped parsley to taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Put the oil or oil in the pressure cooker, and stir until the onion is transparent;
Add the garlic and stir until the garlic is fried;
Add the meat, stir a little and then add the black pepper, paprika, paprika, cumin and salt, saute stirring constantly for about 3 minutes;
Add water and tomato sauce, then add tomatoes and peppers, stir and cover the pan;
