Welcome to my Channel ZIBAKERIZ where I share cake and cupcake decorating videos. In this video I show tips and techniques on #howtopipeoncupcakes this #newcupcakedecoratingmethod is not only easy and simple but can be a great way to decorate #weddingcupcakes #birthdaycupcakes or any cupcakes for any special ocassion because once you line up all the cupcakes together the process wont take you that long and the best part each cupcake will have a completely different and unique look without having to spend too much time! I will teach you each step by step so don't worry and lets start decorating!
Becoming a better baker and cake decorator is not impossible just knowing a few tips, techniques and lots of practice and determination can make it happen. Also love helping you guys out as much as I can so if you have any baking or cake decorating questions leave them in the comment section down below and I would love to help!

Just watching you here, just fills a newbie, like me (who has been looking for a hobby), with joy. You must have a teaching past, because you're so clear, it feels like I've got my own personal coach. As a semi retiree I've never subscribed to anything before and I've feel I've hit the nail on the head and will learn a new skill with your lessons. I decorate all my cupcakes like this because its easier than piping, it was also the rage many years ago because it was easier to decorate the flat surface and looked more modern than traditional cupcake icing.

Ohh that’s amazing, I know many years ago the flat top was a trend and it was beautiful the new method for this video was more about how I line the cupcakes together and pipe continuously to decorate that’s something I haven’t seen anyone do so was really excited to share 🤗and I agree the flat surface definitely does look more modern ☺️

I found the decorating idea good and easy to follow but the script of the lettering left me wanting more - not sure what but it wasn’t for me. I would probably leave that out if I had to decide - flowers over lettering.

Your buttercream for writing looks a little stiff, microwave for 4-5 seconds to soften it up, makes writing much smoother.

I love what you’re teaching but honestly I have to turn the sound off because the talking is like nonstop say what you’re gonna do and then do it and play background music or whatever it would just be more relaxing !!

This is how we decorated cupcakes back in the day before they came back into “fashion”. It was how I was taught by a baker friend of our families to do it back in the ‘90s.

Great ideas for a modern, uniform cupcake. Flat top makes a nice canvas to decorate, easier to eat and uses less cake batter - which means more cupcakes! Thank you for making video.

Hi most of my designs are with American buttercream but you can also do this with side, Italian, ermine buttercream aswell ☺️

I love all your videos! You are so talented! I could never achieve anything close to your decorated cupcakes but still enjoy watching getting basic tips and watching in awe of your art ❤ Your naked cupcakes look so perfect-my liners sometimes shift when I am filling with batter, creating the liners to cave in a bit in a few areas/not stay flush with the cupcake cavities. I use an ice cream scoop to transfer the batter into the liners. What am I doing wrong?! 😢

I have a question please. What do you guys do with the left over buttercream. 🤔 i see a lot of buttercream in the piping bags after you are done with the cup cakes. Sorry I am a newbie in the buttercream world. Applogies if thats a silly question. 🙄

Since I am a content creator I use my buttercreams a lot and will use them for my next content piece since it stored in the fridge (American buttercream doesn’t use eggs so it can last in the fridge for 2 weeks and it’s good) but if you want to keep it for longer you can freeze your cream and that will increase the shelf life of your cream to about 2 month and no that’s a great question if you have any other specific questions more then happy to help ☺️

Oh how I wish we could have seen this back in November last year I think that's when my daughter was getting the catering for their reception, they did the cake as well and she had cupcakes very pretty but wow those are so pretty she would have loved these but she also has an interest in this as well and knows it can add up $$ with skills and I mean no offense, this is art and very skilled craftsmanship, like buying an expensive car and painting it with finger nail polish or finger paint.
