@@wrystandata5318 100% agree, was one of the main reasons I alsmot quit tbh for about 2 months since Trist/Hwei/Croki mid is just so boring especially if you're playing Sylas against them and now he can't lane against mages as well as he used to. Top def makes a lot more sense just pure numbers wise and not be already of supp and Jung ganks every 2 seconds, it's more obvious in top at least when someone ganks you, which is an actual problem with W max Sylas as he loves just going in.

Mana flow was most likely chosen due to the tear item imo

Ngl I didnt even get the notfication for the comment so I'm sorry for the late reply but with Grasp you for sure can either go Precision or Sorcery second, honestly now I would go Precision more but the Legend: Haste takes so long to become active to compared to Transendence that it was kind of a turn off and PoM doesn't give nearly the same mana as Mana Flow, however it is more scaling so you're sacrificing your early game with Mana Flow a bit

@@diogopombo9273 Stuff like Nashors I def need to try in games before I can fully judge, I went it once as a funny when I was stomping the game so what I build didn't matter but it def didn't feel too bad. They only thing is that the first 3 items of the usual build (Rocketbelt + Cosmic + Riftmaker) is very core and hard to change but as 4th item I could see it legit. First item as how it's build though I'm not too sure, no HP hurts top sylas a lot, I guess also depends on mathcup as well. Although third item with the Liandry -> Shojin build kinda sound legit, gonna have to try and see how it feels

@@kalistaxd1041 Oh lmao , being a sylas OTP is a rare breed nowadays honestly strangely enough, ESPECIALLY I haven't seen a single person, play him 100% of their games like me and I've searched. But since I'm "kinda" new to top I don't have a second champ but I'll prob have to have an AD pick as well just to be safe. But I'm glad you enjoyed the content, means a lot!!

@@Szaark I get that 100%, I didn't really enjoy Sylas's olaystyle before the adjustment at least in high rlo tbf beacuse it was always the same game plans W enemy's face. Now he feels more flexible and bot viable Mid and Top which is huge, gonna need more testing with the buffs to say which lane feels better but he's in a good spot rn

At the end of the day builds suit the play style but def should give it a try if you enjoy the build in the video:)

@@noahbaldridge1935 I feel like in a perfect setting, like almost a coordinated and actually building a team comp around tank sylas could work, the only issue I have with no damage item after ROA (since it's already weak in that department early) is that the meta rn is just defined by ADCs more often or not, you kinda can't outheal their DPS nor live without armor items and Sylas doesn't really synergies with armor. Rabadon is kinda meh imo now, like still good don't get me wrong but I rather get items that benefit with more HP like Riftmaker. Though I do gotta try a full tank Sylas honeslty down the line just to try. Otherwise in paper ROA into Fimbul sounds good but Soloq won't ever allow you to get too greedy with your build, at least from my experience, good ideas though still

I think Grasp just overall is better in Top Lane and I think Conq is very viable as well just very matchup dependent as its CDR hungry and you won't have a bunch of it until mid game which is pretty bad for 1v1s in Top Lane. In mid it depends, it's really good like against battle-mages like Vlad and some other that I'll mention in my guide which should be done. I tried a full CDR build with Conq and Sorc giving me 33 CDR from just runes which worked fine but does need scaling but I think next split is gonna be better for bruiser Sylas overall.
