Winning the league is huge for Arsenal, players, and the fans. So to be honest, even if the chance is 1% its something to hold on to and hope for. This is the heartbreaks suffered when in the title race. Hope we can improve and go all the way next season.

You are absolutely right in what you say about our approach to the Everton game, James. The way we have won the league before is only to think of winning the last game and not even entertain other thoughts. It’s what got us over the line at Tottenham in 1971 and at Anfield in 1989. That and maintaining that thought throughout the game is all we can do. That’s what it takes. COYG !

Arsenal, do not underate Everton. Make sure you are 2-0 up before 20 minutes. Don't hope on West Ham, though they know what to do. Secondly, Mancity have been lucky with Queens Park Rangers and Aston Villa in last minute victories. Probably not this time around.

Agree with you both. It's just the scenario of feeling there's no chance and yet sometimes miracles happen. I don't think it will but I'm not laying down until the final whistle goes and you shouldn't either. West ham getting a draw at City wouldn't be the biggest shock in football.

@@frank290862 Oh until both final whistles are blown there's a chance. Just as it stands I'm going into these final games with having peace being made it's a so near-so far, PL hunt. So unless/until scores trickle in giving greater hope, the level of optismism currently residing in my head, won't increase. But football is a funny old sport, so we'll see, just don't wish to suffer from a last-minute 'Ageeuuuuro' soundbite!

City vs West ham, very hard to predict. West Ham defence is so bad, that the game could be over in first 30 minutes. But with pressure, if West Ham push City over 45 minute mark, anything could happen.

Whether West Ham is a formality or not, don't get too deep into it. These are their opinions. Everyone will have one. The only tragic outcome would be if Arsenal dropped points against Everton and Man City against West Ham. That would be terrible for us Gooners. If both teams win, fair go to Man City, they won all their matches after it was put in their hands. This has still been a great season for Arsenal. We have a top level team now and we will win the title with it, if not this season, next.

I have supported Arsenal since Arsene Venger ariived with aht the media decribed as strange ideas which matched my own idea of how players should look after thier physical being and how football is fluid and should be played as such. Arsenal fan here, north London through and through but West Ham are on the beach. The focus should be JUST be about getting the win, nothing else. As the saying goes, the table doesn’t lie. We dropped points at Fulham and Villa, games on paper we should have got results on. It’s been a positive season but we need a trophy next season or we need think about who can take us even further.

Gents. Enjoy the content. But some of the clutching at straws on this video is too much. Arsenal have improved overall but lost more games than City generally that means not winning a title. Something to work on for next season. Lastly, you definitely can question the integrity of this league? Even you guys often speak about teams being on the beach. The beauty of it all though is there is always next season.
