Even in aram people dodge for no reason... At one point i've had 10 people dodge in a row. Luckily the queue is way faster than high elo ranked but still... People dodge for no reason in this game, especially aram. They go in a RANDOM game mode and get pissed when they don't RANDOMLY have their mains.

as an NA player, i will humbly apologize for my region perma dodging. i plat in high em/low dia and i constantly see dodges; longest queue i had in *diamond* was 30mins. its almost impossible to get into a lobby under 10 minutes now.

They should make dodges have a longer timer and more LP punishment the later you dodge. For example, if you dodge 10 seconds before the game starts, you should get banned for 2 hours and lose 150LP, decreasing the earlier you dodge.

NA players: log in, queue up, while in queue remember all the suffering League provides, mentally check out, dodge from lobby after seeng something in draft which triggers PTSD, reconsider some time later bc they are addicted, repeat. Pretty depressed and mentally unstable playerbase even by League standards, isn't it?

Being an unranked league player on NA and doing exclusively unranked draft, I rarely see dodges. Then you switch the channel to ranked, and there’s as many dodges as RU-vid wants to have advertisements. Sure in draft there’s still major FFing, but it’s very often when the experience is very bad for an entire team (though as far as league is concerned, that equals being slightly behind if you don’t specifically make sure to be a 5-stack)

I often win when i have garbage comp vs good ones. (maybe i just remember those better caus they are fun to win and always surprise me) Can be our team focusing harder caus we know we are in deep shit, or enemy tilting faster knowing they are not suposed to loose. But a taught got to me watching this video, maybe the good comp side got the "dodge mentality kids", while the loosing comp got the "let's give it a shot mentality". Dodger didn't dodge thinking they won the draft, players didn't dodge caus they assume the draft. So we end up with ego kids facing normal grown up with stronger mentality.

If you are truly good you will confidently face adversity. Just outplay, simple really.

just make riot change dodging into a one-hour timer or instant lose 20 lp then. Otherwise, you can't stop people from abusing it since most of the community considers it a mechanic.

Well remove autofill and adjust champions then no one would dodge but if u play adc for example and enemy go yi and u have 0 cc u will most likely lose and u have to play different too cause u will get out scaled at maybe second item completely which is just flippy and not fun

You can't just dodge until you get Veigar Mid, that's not how it works in ranked

I'm just human, there are times I will at least consider dodging because I value my own sanity over playing the game. Granted, it happens once every blue moon but I'm not playing against Akshan/Evelynn ever again if I can help it, pure frustration that is.

I don't think people should ever dodge based on draft, that is part of the game. However, I wish you could still see who your teammates are before the game starts. I wouldn't advocate dodging because someone has a 46% winrate or whatever but there is some cases like trolls where the game is going to be miserable to play. I recently had a game with a teammate who obviously brought their account, less than 20% winrate on akali demoted from from master to diamond + changed flash key. I don't dodge but I wish I could have dodged that game. Why should you play with someone who is 0/10 like 20 games in a row because they brought their account?

I just got 15 to enter a normal draft yesterday, like cmon man just play the damn game you are not even gonna lose lp.

Easy fix: 5 to 20 (increases with repeats) LP loss for a dodge, and it would stop right now.

Its what people do bro. Its human nature to find the EASIEST way to get to the top, and people have found out that dodging when things look sus is a way to help with that. The only way to stop people from dodging in LoL is one of two things, make them not want to climb rank (good luck with that), or riot makes some changes to the dodging system. Serious streamer problems, we know you play all day and just want to be in queue so you can make your money as the viewers are happy. Also your 40% winrate in unwinnable drafts is completely laughable, especially in masters ELO. For sure it's closer to 25%, and hell even if it's 35% I would dodge that shit as would basically any player looking to climb/play an equal fair game.

One time i was in gold 3 and between dodges the queue became 25 minutes. I said to my duo "im sorry not today, lets play 2 aram and then play another game". People dodging in GOLD!? Thats a perfect clue on why you are gold in the first place 😂

I dont believe what he said is all true. Even if we have 40% at winning a counter pick, the champ they pick dont require much skill like garen into zed full armor and still 1tap you. So that 40% is now boosted to 80% just because he lock in counter pick and OP champ 😅. But some miracle you win your lane but all your other laner was suppose to win is now losing, so it 100% you will lose. 😂
