Most of us left school at 15 and went straight into work. Many left school at 14. I worked full-time all my life, contributed into the system like millions of other people and we get treated like this? In just a few weeks this "government" - I put it in quotes because really it's not a government, it's a dictatorship have divided and wrecked this country. They won't be happy until all pensioners are six foot under and pushing up the daisies. That way they can get their houses for their new voters.

Right now I can't see a future. I'm 67 and in declining health as happens as you age. If I was even 10 years younger I would leave this country. Too old now to start again and don't have the finances to do it. Stuck here with nothing but hardship and misery to look forward to - unless something drastic changes very quickly.

I left England in 1979 because of my husband's job. After he died in 2012 I came back to start again but no help or positive advice. Thank you so much, I live in Africa where I know my place and respect the laws of the land. I cry for the land of my birth, 81 years ago.

The palestine protest came through my small town a while ago no one told us it was going to happen it was a peaceful Sunday the Christian day if worship it was terrifying no police nothing they were waving flags shouting abuse and I know because I was out walking and got abuse shouted at me, families were out on bike rides that got pushed off the road and were clearly scared and had to dodge down side streets, guess what the protest turned around and came back through the town did it all again I can tell you it was pretty scary
