@@carolopara6069 social media manager controls the creation and distribution of content vs a community manager monitors and engages with creator’s audience (comments, DMs etc). This is obv in general terms, the exact definition can change depending on the business/ creator! Hope this helps x

Anyone who claims brands don't actually pay creators is just succumbing to their own self-limiting beliefs. There are so many factors that come into play, including: 1. How good you are at negotiating 2. Your engagement rate/viewership rate (actual follower count is less important by far) 3. Quality of content (a pro photographer is gonna earn more for a sponsored post than a non-pro because THE CONTENT LOOKS BETTER!) 4. Parts of the deal that the audience DON'T see, such as exclusivity, whitelisting, usage rights, etc. 5. Whether or not the creator is PROVEN to be good at SELLING--because creators might oftentimes be part of a brand's affiliate program before they get a sponsorship deal, so the brand already knows how many paying customers you have sent their way and will decide how much they want to pay you based on that.
Thanks a lot for sharing, this Jade! During my tenure at Inditex, I had the opportunity to work with a variety of influencers. We always prioritized those whose aesthetic aligned with our brand over those with a larger following but less suitable image.
