In today's installment I tested my freedom to document outside this financial institution, along the public sidewalk. I noticed one of the employees inside the bank looking in my direction through the window. As soon as I turned my camera, she darted out of the view of camera. As I came back around the other side, security came outside to ask what I was doing, As I got closer, next to the driveway, I asked what the guard was doing & the individual replied , recording your weird a**. So I returned the energy & told the guard to get their a** back inside the bank . Sheriff deputy arrived on scene & from my observation started out decently acknowledging my 1A freedom then said however.... I told him no directives multiple times & told him to be quiet, as he proceeded to tell me if I go onto the property, I'd be trespassing. The deputy then turned to the security guard & as I was commenting on the situation, the deputy asked me to now be quiet. I reminded the deputy how he didn't care to be quiet when I asked him to be, so I would continue speaking freely. I continued to document until the deputy left the scene.
