Hey PK. Great video mate. Would I be right in saying that you respectfully disagree with a lot of what was said? Only buy metro for capital growth. Buy and hold isn’t effective anymore. Grow the equity from developing, not passively. Where do you think that difference of opinion comes from given you are both so knowledgeable about property.

I thinks Tyrone is speaking from his own experience, Eg when he talk about regional, where he had experience it didn’t perform, but of course over the last 10-20-30-40 years regional has performed just as well as capital cities according to the data In terms of active strategies, no doubt they will get you out of the 9-5 faster, but it’s really not practical or possible for 90% of people, so buy and hold is just fine, but like he’s saying, don’t expect to retire in 10 years, it will take longer.

He said it was a commercial property too and commercial is different to residential They are yield based So Tyrone is comparing apples to oranges - commercial and residential markets are different

From 2001-2006 QLD regional, coastal locations boomed and they boomed again from 2020-2022 🤑

Yes regional places have their day in the sun, it’s all about timing just like capital cities 👍🏼 I personally love regional provided you time them for growth, cause it’s affordable and cashflow is great!
