Loved your video, Austin! It was very timely. My Peak Design 20L arrived today and I found your video. I reconfigured the backpack like you suggested and it's ready for our trip to Rome this Saturday. Thanks for your help! I have the Canon R5, EF 11-24mm, RF 28-70mm, EF 24-105mm and an EF 35mm f.1.4, three batteries, charger, EF to RF ND converter and an iPad. Crazy how much is in there.
It's crazy. I just looking around the internet for reviews of this bag, and got thinking if I'm able to put my Steam Deck on this bag. Searched the youtube for the name of the bag + steam deck and boom! I found gold.
Great video! I’m just amazed every day by this backpack, can throw my Sony camera with 16-35 GM with a side divider for my 50 GM and leave the other side for a 200-600. Really amzing and capable!
Mind blown! I’ve been using the default configuration for years and didn’t consider this change. I’m going to try it out. I carry a camera and drone and like this much better Thanks for your time and work!
I have this bag as well. Doesn’t that metal zipper at 3:17 make you nervous RE scratching your camera? I tried all sorts of divider placements but ended up reverting back to the default because of those side pocket zippers rubbing against my gear. Default meaning aligning the divider with that zipper
Nice video bro, new sub. Deciding between this and the goruck gr2. I already have a PD 45l travel, solid bag just too big for the quick car videos I run out to shoot
Hello Austin. I am thinking of getting this one. One query I have. Are the shoulder straps very comfortable for long carry with heavy load? I have been using a NorthFace Surge for 11 years. 😅
Hey! Yes the bag is very comfortable for long periods of time! I have carried on hikes and though Disneyland with a full load and never had any issues!
I hate this bag. I got it and tried to use it like you, but lenses wobble around too much. Camera doesn't feel protected and its so easy for things to fall out if you're not always holding this up. The top always has a small gap where the magnetic flap is for things to fall out.
