I have never understood this obession with being happy all the time ati do what Makes you happy. ...I mean what is happiness?...its just a temporary state of mind only children are happy cause they dont have responsibilities and their brain is still not developed to understabd the world dynamics..but as an adult with all the responsibilities you must accept that 50 percent of the time you wont be happy and sometimes you will not even be sad or happy. Additionally what even makes us more sad is our insatiable wants..we are never satisfied
