There are 2 things seriously wrong with this video. 1.) It was waaaaay too short. 2.) I could only give it one thumbs up.

Many of the artificial reef structures at Blue Heron Bridge were built by REEF CELLS. They have built reef structures for FWC, NOAA, UM, DARPA, ORA etc. in the Fl Keys, Miami, Ft Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Barbuda, Antigua and other sites.
