Nochistlán, Zacatecas is known for its rich cultural heritage, music and friendly locals but this once a year festival is one many don't know of. It's called "Dia de los Ausentes" and it celebrates there people that were born elsewhere. It starts with a religious processional and once the mass is over, the locals party like no ever. I met up with my friend, Carlos Luis. He takes me around the town and even gives back to his community. And yeah...he makes me eat &#%*@! are not going want to miss this one.
