And Cruz made a great point, if the vast majority of American supported the mandate, why did the vast majority of Americans celebrate it being declared unconstitutional and immediately defy the wishes of the mandate? He acts as if the mandate was lifted because conditions had changed favorably enough for it to be lifted, that is not what happened, it was determined by the courts that from a legal point of view the mandate should have never occurred and peoples lives should have been ruined enforcing an illegal mandate

There was a supreme court judge that used "you cant yell fire in a crowded movie theater" in a response to a defendant's lawyer in an unrelated case.
