When I first played these videos to sleep, I was at one of the lowest parts of my life. Every night, I would scroll through the comment section and cry bc it was the only time where I felt loved and so safe. This has to be one of my favourite videos I’ve found so far. I suffer from bad PTSD & have horrible night terrors every night without a doubt so even the thought of falling asleep scares the heck out of me to the point I avoid sleep at all costs. I have been using this every night for the past few days even though I still have my night terrors it’s made night routine to get into bed etc more pleasant!

I was feeling a bit sad today. I was at the grocery store buying a few things for only me. My work takes me away from my home, my partner and my w cats and dog. They are my family and I miss them. When I saw your comment I felt the urge to share my sadness. I've been away from my little family since June 17th. I've only been able to visit a few times. Im not going home until the 9th of this month but I love my work also and grateful for everything I have. I already feel better sharing and listening to this music and once I'm done writing I hope to drift off peacefully and quickly and wake up refreshed and renewed and I wish that for you and for everyone here who listens to this music for sleep or other therapeutic reasons I hope you all get the benefits of what you seek. Grateful to SleepTube for continuously providing amazing content. Spread love to the world 🌎 in a world with too much hate. Perhaps one act of kindness at a time can make an impact.

There are some that help with that. Search for cognition enhancers. I am always amazed at how much work I get done when I use them. I have ADHD also.

i’ve been having some random wheezing problems lately, i only start to wheeze once i lay down. but i’ve been putting an extra pillow below my head and making sure to do these breathing exercises religiously, and i can’t tell if it’s working or not since it’s only been just a couple days, but man it sure helps me cope. i really appreciate each one you put in your videos i always make sure to do them, always calms me down but especially this one since there’s more than just 6 breaths to do☺️makes me wanna keep going on my own lol.

I remember when I had to buy meditation music and it was wonderful - except that as we know - tapes and CDs were never perfect. Sharing comfort and love in this way is something special and it can save lives. I don’t think I would have survived without the music and the ‘new age’ movement. And I spent time in an Ashram in India. I sat in the same room as Ravi Shankar in Varanasi. There aren’t words for that. And sometimes words need to be left behind. Almost all of the time.

I screwed up my right knee pretty bad and ended up in my local hospital tonight. They prescribed lidocaine patches and pain meds, but I'm in so much agony right now that my heart is in overdrive. I've just started to do the deep breathing and just lie here with my eyes closed, and I'm starting to feel the very beginnings of relief. My elderly cat has already fallen asleep, and he's very agitated at night. Thank you for this video. ❤️
