As a nutrition and dietetics student I would not recommend any to follow these types of diet trends,they obviously help to lose some kilos but that is not your body fat its just the loss of your lean body muscle this again later lead to rapid weight gain and constipation,hair loss And Oh my God the thing which he mentioned about fruits is absolutely unrelevant.Weight loss is not something which will just happen in 7/10 days you need to dedicate atleast 6 months to see long term results by taking sustainable diets. Also exercise is very important.Carrying out atleast 30-40 mins of exercise 3-4 times a week benefical it releases the stress hormone.

I have a few questions if possible please answer: 1. Is there an alternative for apple cider as for me it gives me reflux. 2. After the one week fasting do you do workouts and how frequently you do, will it be for 1 hour or 2 hour and how many times a week will you do. 3. Can I take my multi-vitamin tablets while fasting? 4. Does our nutrition level come down in our body? 5. He is not a doctor. I already see lots of problems in his plan. Also having fruit to break fast is recommended by Drs. Heavy food will give body a shock to digest directly. This crash weight loss is not sustainable. Intermittent fasting is really good if followed correctly. Eat food before sunset always as metabolic rate decreases after that. Check Dr or nutritionist recommendations.
Average maintenance calories needed to maintain with no exercises: 2200 cal. 7 day no eating creates a deficit of 15400 cals. 7500cal eqauls 1 kg roughly. So total weight loss 2 kg at most.. that too considering higher end...
@@chitvandixit461 u cut down heavily on carbs during fasting, most weight is lost in form of water... the moment u get back on ur normal diet, the weight is regained... 9 days 5kg fat loss is nor possible

This is EXTREMELY safe, given you have sufficient body fat to support the fast and you take electrolytes (K, Na and Mg) for anything longer than 10 days. Autophagy is something everyone should read about. Like you said, HGH is the max after 72 hours of extended fast. This has been proven to be the only way of anti-ageing. Hey since you lost 4 kgs in 7 days with fasting . I challenge you to share pictures of your before and after body composition . Because it is very clear that in those 7 days your metabolism would have crashed and you would have lost alot of muscles along with fat .. And ultimately that fat will come back again because your metabolism has gone down to a great extent .
@@TheRishijoesanu This is only applicable in case of over obese individuals with BF above 30% .. For guys with BF at around 20-25ish range this 7 day fast is a disaster . I have done it and know the results .

Fasting is good but this isn't fasting its starvation it can lead to ,various health issues specially vitamin deficiencies, constipation, hair loss ,dark circles... Itna dimag hi nai lagao, i simply abstain from food for 4-5 days only drink water and when m hungry again after 4-5 days i start eating. Follow this every 2 months and ur digestive and immunity system will thank you. Only big problem is khatta dhakar on 4th- 5th day.
