Thank you for another great recipe Bincy....the only thing I did differently was the frosting, to cut back on the butter and use fewer ingredients .. I added maple syrup to cream cheese ..

Bincy, if my family members don't like cinnamon can I spread with nutella chocolate instead of cinnamon? Should I mix butter to nutella chocolate spread?
Thank you for these recipes, they're so good. But I have a question, am just learning to bake and I usually get confused on the flour measurements, when you say Flour :260 g or 2 cups, these 2 cups are they 260g each, or 130g each?
Yes you can.But I highly recommend you to make the frosting and taste it. It is so different with and without the frosting.Both the texture and taste.Without frosting its has a soft crunch on top and with frosting its squishy soft.Without frosting it taste like a sweet cinnamon bread and with frosting, it tastes like a dessert.

I just baked finished and tried a pc. The bun is soft inside and it taste good even without frosting. Agree that with frosting , it will be a dessert. Will do that next round :). 👍🏼👍🏼
