This and all of your other videos have to be fake and just for views. But to be honest I’ve seen enough people in construction to know that this kind of attitude from ‘bosses’ on a job site is real. Also a genuine question, wouldn’t the possibility that a potential client sees these videos and comes to the conclusion that you are rude, overbearing, and you upset your help so much that they might ruin a job site, isn’t this a problem? As if I was going to work with you and just saw a couple of these I would choose someone else solely to avoid all the drama and bs you bring with you. Also just you threatening workers with firing and being homeless all the time is insane if you actually run a business. I cannot see how this channel benefits you long term, if you have an actual business that works with the public.
It gets views because people have crappy bosses and can relate. We tell our clients up front what we do. We literally say if you hear us yelling about firing somebody just ignore it we're making content. And we tell them if that bothers them then we're probably not the contractors for them. Honestly we are more likely to reject a client than they are us. We do zero advertising everything is word of mouth from happy customers. Also some of the videos where there are sketchy things going on they are usually on our own job sites funded by ourselves.
