Paula Smith came down from Tennessee to fish the Muddy River with me. The river did not disappoint! We caught monster flatheads all day long. Fresh cut gizzard shad on a three way rig with a 7/0 Daiichi hook got the job done! We could have stayed and caught more fish, but a big storm was coming in and we had to get off of the water. Thank you Paula Smith for coming to fish with me.

That was one of the most best fishing videos I’ve ever watched. Had me rolling 😂 and Paula’s story about how she got into fishing was great. You guy’s did an outstanding job with the video but really, It was like watching two people going back to their childhood and living in that exciting moment of catching fish. Loved it 👏👏👏👍

My best memories are going fishing in small rivers and farm ponds with my father using a cane pole with some earth worms or chicken liver. Also went with my mother. She was more of a fishing fanatic than my father was. Great post. Thank you.

Paula you are amazing. The world needs more women like you. My grandma taught me how to fish when I was 9 in a inner city pond. I thought I hooked fish. But as a 73 year old man I know I was the one that was hooked and still cannot get enough fishing time. Great seeing you Ron in Los Angeles

(( made edit but now it's Fixed )) It wasn't a fire rescue but some muddyriver flathead catfish are as A old fisherman's story that rolls in Kris's memory as he works all day and that helps pass any hard working day ... so any big flathead catfish Kris hasn't seen in His muddyriver is as a friend that Kris must see .. Kris in my opinion is right on by saving that big flathead and may it grow even bigger ..

Yeah that’s 50 something, I agree with Paula. He’s got a wide head and big gut, Woooooo! Yeah my Daddy got me into fishing, me and my brothers and got us into hunting. We kindly grew up in the country too, on the outskirts of Lex Ky., we’re actually what they would call Briar Hoppers or Briars, about the same as a hillbilly so yeah, I understand where she’s coming from! I’m about the same age as her, maybe a little older. Anyways, good deal y’all, good deal!

Awesome video! I've never seen big flatheads stacked up in small water like that, that is crazy. I noticed 7 morons gave this video thumbs down, what more could you want in a catfish video, just don't understand some people. Keep em coming brother I loved it.
