Wow. This MUA is an ACTUAL MUA! She never rested her hand on your face, used a light touch when layering, and generally did a wonderful job! The price was way less than I guessed!

@katherineholmes373 that’s not true. I went to makeup school and touching is fine as long as you have clean, sanitized hands. It’s okay to rest a pinky on a client’s face, to help stabilize your hand for when applying things like eyeliner and lip products. It’s very easy to end up with wonky lines if you don’t have any way to stabilize your hand. Using a powderpuff to rest the pinky will look more professional, but it’s not a requirement. Also some cream products work/look better when it’s warmed up by the fingers and applied with fingers. In this case, MUAs can ask the client if they’re okay with them applying this product with their finger and make sure to do so with clean hands. You can also use your hand to gently touch their chin to help position the client’s head for better makeup application. What is a big Nono is using the claw hands to manhandle your client’s forehead or aggressively tugging on the client’s eyelids
I'm a painter, and this woman definitely do makeup like a painter, she saw you as her canvas, as her masterpiece. So gentle with the brushes and everything, feels exactly like someone painting
And she actually took Judy's features into account instead of just applying the same thing from instagram on every client. The eyes look especially good! That outer angle was perfect for Judy's eye shape. This is what a makeup ARTIST does. Two big thumbs up to Ferzona!
Loved the end results and give that girl a medal for her attention to detail, how gentle she was and that she used a disposable mascara wand! That alone is worth the price point!
Fyi, re the wands: I bought a set of disposable wands for like $2...love them! Im not an mua, they're just handy when the mascara isn't behaving with a heftier brush or to try and get my unruly, heavy lashes to stop poking me, by moving individual ones. I only use mascara a few times a year, mostly to deal with poking as my lashes will not curl so are invisible lol, and even I get my money's worth from them.
I believe in uzbek $17 USD would be a lot of money especially for around an hours work. So for us that may be cheap but costs of living and wages change country to country :)

@@samanthafairweather9186 Just activated my Google skills and searched this for you: Yes, they have indeed a monthly minimum wage and it actually increased to 980,000.000 UZS in 2023, which is the equivalent of 86 USD. So you're right about the first statement, it isn't even near 317 USD.
She is definitely one of the best you've been to, her attention to your comfort with her techniques was possibly even better than some of the top of range MUA counters you've been too. Your Uzbekistan content has totally sold it to me as a travel destination. I had never thought about it before, but it looks like such a magical place!

$17!?!?! Holy moly! I was thinking somewhere around $40 when she was doing the foundation, then maybe $60-$70 when she put the mascara on. That is amazing!
Gorgeous!! What a great MUA!! Nothing was overdone. When I saw the disposable wand, I was thinking I can't believe it!! She was so nice, gentle, very complimentary and best of all you didn't have to run out and scrub off the makeup and disinfect your face!! Yay!

This is the most wonderful makeover I've ever seen. She is a genuine makeup Artist. Her color choices and her light touch were magic to watch. Every layer was beautiful and every addition added a subtle beauty. You look amazing! Some of the muas appear to be practicing abstract art on your face; and they don't seem to care about poking you in the eyes or using something akin to steel wool as an applicator. I could say so much more, but I won't. I hope this young lady gets the respect and appreciation she deserves!

I’m so impressed at the palette she used to dispense product on, and the disposable mascara wand! And clean brushes! And beautiful makeup application and technique. She was so kind and gentle too. This is what a professional MUA looks like. As one myself, I approve 100%. That kind of makeup service is worth at least $80-$100 here in the USA. $17 is crazy. She needs to charge more.

I would love to see more videos like this. Where the makeup artists take such care with the makeup that they do and it just comes out looking so good. Also i don't know about anyone else but seeing that you really like the makeup too just makes it all the more better.

This looks promising! Between the lack of sound effects and the MUA being on camera, I'd say this is a pretty high end shop for the area. I feel like it's going to be cheaper than a lot of the normal high end prices that Judy visits, though.
That's how you SHOULD feel when you come out of the salon! Confident and beautiful. You could actually proudly go out in that makeup and not have to whip the makeup wipes out of your bag to scrub your face off before anyone sees you. I'm glad you had such a great experience. That artist was absolutely lovely.
Your first video was insane, really cheap make up and she was very gentle, and it didnt make you look ugly like some other make ups you've had before, sometimes they make you look so so weird and cakey
The use of a pallette, clean brushes, disposable mascara wands and such a light touch when applying the makeup, all very professional and well thought out. Even though the base wasn't quite the right shade, you couldn't tell as she blended and contoured and concealed so skillfully that the end result appeared flawless in the video. Loved it from beginning to end and the price was incredible!
I was thinking the same about the end result when it came to the foundation. Yes, it was the wrong colour for Judy's face, but you couldn't tell at the end. That shows just how talented she is!

And I was right on price… I watched the $2 makeup and, considering that and this being the same country, I figured between $10 and $20. But I didn’t actually expect it to be that cheap! This would be my kind of vacation… Beautiful culture, nice people, and you don’t need to spend an arm and a leg on things. This place is going on my bucket list! ❤
