She is absolutely right about flavor of Chili. I love your new pattern how Vietnamese she is that she use her hands to eat chicken. I love Phuc Mat bring up the copy right and trademark laws. Vietnam government must address that issue and make it lawful

you travel around to different districts you should do like a map shot of the different districts as an establishing shot. for some of us outside vn and maybe grew up in countryside and left when they were young they might not know the big city like you referenced. kinda like if you tell people about queens and the bronx in new york to random people, they wouldn't understand the reference if they weren't a local.

I have had a version of that second chicken. It was in the United States, in the state of Maryland. Just outside of Washington, DC. The restaurant called their version, "Maryland Chicken." It had a similar appearance but was larger and similarly served with an orangy/red rice that they called "tomato rice." There was a sauce that accompanied the chicken too. It looked like the one in the video but not as dark. It was a terrific sauce that really elevated the experience. I don't know if the chicken was prepared by having oil falling on it. Probably not. It was likely fried in a more conventional manner. But, it was so good. Eat this chicken if you can get your hands on it.

Our family left Saigon in 1976 right after the Unification of Vietnam. I was 8 at the time and haven't been back since then. I have loss my ability to speak Vietnamese other than the most basic of the language. I do plan on visiting my birth country with my wife after I retire. Sadly, the trip will be without my parents, both has passed on since the late 00's. May they rest in peace. Thank you for showing me what I have missed all these time from your videos.

@dangson302 Thank you for your kind words. My wife and I have been together for 40 years with three beautiful kids. She's from Hanoi and still has her original Vietnamese birth certificate. Maybe with a good immigration lawyer, she could be reinstated as a citizenship and could potentially own property or land. Cheers!

Everything is expensive here in Texas. A bowl of Pho is 15$ minimum, plus 5$ tip that’s 20$ right there for 1 person

Mình yêu Phúc Mập vô cùng , đó là bộ lông mồm , lần trước mình đùa giỡn với Phúc thôi ,lông mồm của Phúc Mập đây , rất đẹp rất sang trọng , không như bọn hồi giáo Iran chết tiệt kia đâu , nhưng lông mồm tốt như vậy Phúc Mập,đừng ăn mắm tôm nhé , luôn luôn ủng hộ kênh của Phúc Béo , và chúc cho lông mồm của Phúc ngày càng tốt nữa đẹp và sang trọng , không như lãnh đạo của Iran bọn nó ăn mắm tôm
