When I would pick up steel in Utah. you could feel the heat 50 yards away. it was some awesome machines in the plants. The tire grabbing machine in the copper mines in Arizona tree cool to in the cab of the truck I was about center hub on their equipment

The first vehicle is pretty tame compared to the equivalent they used at Geneva Steel in Utah before it was shut down. Hearing the sirens blaring then seeing a machine the size of a house come racing out of the plant at 30 miles per hour to dump a load of molten slag was something else.

yeah,hyster has been building them as far back as the 60's or so,they were always called straddlebuggys,not sure what the actual hyster name for them was,sawmills in cal. and or. been using them forever.,last ones i saw in use were at The Pacific Lumber Co. at rio dell cal.(company town called Scotia )

Not meaning to disparage the, "Cometto MTH30," but the lumber industry has had machinery like this for carrying bundles of lumber, since the middle of the 20th century. They were referred to unofficially as, "Straddle Carriers." Their weight capacity is nowhere near that of the, "Cometto MTH30," however, that appears to be one of few differences between the 2 machines. The smelting industry also has machines for carrying large crucibles of molten ore, as well as finished steel beams, etc, that are very similar and that have been around for many decades, as well.

Ok, to whoever edited this video: we get it... you found out how to do transformations... like zooming and rotation and moving the image around... and we get that you are extremely excited about that. Cat 973k moving man made lava. I've seen reports about Hawaii disaster and people asking why nobody do nothing to stop the lava flow around populated areas and roads and try to contain it, they said there are no means or tools to do that. I guess the authorities simply don't care otherwise would have done something by now.

had a asfualt Co. come back to yard. drivers is riding in yard with bed on fire. sprayed diesel fuel in bed. [ like shovels , going to clean] that was what I ask.
