Samana i think only builds low level quality Buildings.. unfortunately.. it's not One of the best ones...🤷🤷🤷🤷.. theres One trilion new developers every day Building something 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤦🤦🤦🤦.. I dont even know if the Demand is superior of the Supply Honestly.. especially in That concrete Jungle called JVC...so... Samana Just one of the trillion developers in Town.. but certainly NOT One of the best ones 🤷🤷🤷🤷🤷🤷🤷

Yes they have lots of green space there which will be attractive to people :)

They're developing across Dubai - projects like Azizi Rivieria seem to be be good quality :)

Damac are a masterplan developer and their recent projects have been good :)

@@TomJacksonDXB are you sure? Damac has such a bad image. Damac Hills 2 is their most famous project in terms of looking for the worst project.

Supply in JVC is a problem if you invest in a poorer quality project... However, JVC has great returns if you invest in the right project / developer, i recently helped a client purchase a property in JVC that will get 8%+ returns and is likely to see future capital appreciation :)

They offer attractive payment plans at good prices :)
