That's actually pretty close to what I imagine it would be like if a teenager really did get those kinds of powers. They'd just go bananas and o everything they can think of to test it them out all at once before they get a grip on them.
@@SMNBLMRDM I actually like the new running style, or the 2021 justice league one, its so unique, seperating him and Grant Gustin apart with a bunch of differences
@@MarioFan-qe9ic Being unique =/= looking good. When he builds charge to obliterate Nam Ek he runs like he should without the stupid ice-skating run that makes him look silly and it looks so much better and makes him look like he's actually putting effort into his run.
I agree with you. The movie does have its flaws like CGI being very bad, especially during the speed force scenes and there were some confusing moments, but I did have a fun time. Especially during he moments involving Micheal Keaton’s Batman.
if you look past ezra's shenanigans (or litany of criminal offenses, if you prefer) and the morality of the cameos at the end, it's a pretty solid adaptation of flashpoint and film in its own right, just with some really crappy cg. the discourse around this movie absolutely lobotomizes me, cause it's really an Ok film, at least. Fun as hell
0:34 hate how this running looks a billion times better than the main way he runs. Proves that they could have made the running look good. All they'd have to do is make him run like this just a little less awkward
I don't care how the movie flopped and all of Ezra's controversies, this film had an interesting plot. I found this scene funny some people laughed in my theatre
This pretty much explains why he does long strides instead of the “normal” way we’re use to, the long stride helps control his speed and able to stop safely where in the other way he couldn’t causing him to lose control
Someone discovering they have powers is like a kid in a candy isle. The excitement and thrill that comes with it before understanding you’re gift and what you do with it will define what person you are.
@@KILLCOLONIALISMDifference is that RDJ was punished for his crimes and mistakes, and got his shot at redemption. This lunatic hasn’t been punished for shit.
If Barry is having trouble in telling his alternate young self how to handle his speed? What do you think he's going to be like when he trains Iris's nephew Wally West Kid Flash? Which actor do you think should play Wally West Kid Flash in the DCU?
@@louisberry4403i think he has the acting chops of a disney channel star. The way he delivers his lines/emotes is very reminiscent of mid early 2000's suite life of zack & cody. Its almost cringe. Like he's waiting for a laugh track .... oscar nominated is CRAZY.
Simple one is a made for TV series with a smallish budget. You then compare that to something with a 200 million dollars budget. One needs to allocate money for multiple episodes, another is the equivalent of 4 episodes in length with 10 times the budget. Basically one is expected to be mediocre while another is in genre of culture where more has been done with less.
@@TheValgaria I do get that, but it shows how people ruin their own experience, by focusing on this and collectively deciding that this is absolutely awful, whilst it actually doesn’t make the movie better or worse.
@@Nelis1324agree, im not a movie critic and neither are a lot of people on the internet, why can't we just enjoy the movie and stop finding things to be mad about?
Fun fact: imagine a whole group of family members, young and old (fairly young and fairly old) coming together for a family movie night on a religious day. and everyone is religious. My grandma had the best reaction to the “naked scene” that I’ve ever seen, everyone in the room was in awe. Good and bad. My cousins and are we’re in “good awe” 🙃
1. So he goes from running normally to whatever that weird shit is he does now 2. Shouldn't cars be exploding every time he runs past if his wild lightning is that destructive 3. Was that Nikolaj Coster-Waldau he stole the pizza slice from
The amount of comments saying "This is what I'd do if I got super speed" makes me SO glad that I know I would absolutey not do this. I'm way too paranoid and cautious to do anything close to this, and that makes me feel a bit safer.
Young Barry’s surfer type laugh is so contagious and adorable. When I saw this in theaters with my therapist Mr. Tom and this part came up I couldn’t help but crack up. Btw I did it as quietly as I could so I wouldn’t disturb the movie.
I didn't realize that the guy with the pizza was Nikolaj Coster-Waldau. And to those who don't know, he was originally supposed to play the Reverse Flash for the DCEU. Just imagine if Reverse Flash is indeed in the background watching the whole thing. It'd be like Snyder's original plan to reveal that Reverse Flash was the biggest villain in the DCEU in which he set everything into motion for all the other villains to affect the Justice League like Darkseid and that Thawne did it all just to fuck with Barry. But seriously though, I can picture Thawne laughing his head off seeing the destruction young Barry causes here.
