They're doing really well for a young kit. I bet if you flew a kit all from one family you would kick ass in competition. Are you selling anything from that Bluestar family?
Yes it’s true but It doesn’t happen often barometric pressure has a lot to do with it Overcast days I’ll probably the worst time to fly rollers and the best time to fly rollers
hi sam, at what age young birds start to roll ? i got a 10 months old male which hasn,t start rolling yet , do you think it will someday soon? the man that gave me that bird said that he owns birds which haven,t roll till the age of 3 years .
Dumitru D. 10 months is a long time I wouldn't give it any more time just my opinion but some families take 12 months to start rolling I don't breed those families
ok, sam, thank you for your answer , i decided to give it time till the end of this year , breed youngs from it and see their evolution. it is a very nice bird, feels good at hand, it,s a muff roller , has small feathers on legs and one thing i like about this bird is that has a proud walk....i don,t know how to name it .....tip toe walking ? am i wrong ? dumitru1979.sunphoto.ro/de_prin_voliera/109478745
Hi, ive been watching your videos and idk if this is still an active RU-vid channel but i got a question hopefully you can answer. I have 12 rollers and only one of them actually rolls. the rest fly high and kind of dive down or spin once. Are these rollers? I bought them from a guy and he said they roll. I feed them not too much just enough for them to come down into the loft and their droppings dont show anything. Thanks!
