Luv your attitudes and how open, honest and raw u 2 r. U crack us up with the banter too, safe travels & would b awesome to c u some day & have a beer around the fire, cheers 🍻
Farout that was absolutely AWESOME!! Best channel by far on youtube!! Could seriously watch a new episode daily hahaha. You guys are the best !! 🤣 Lennox the little legend always lending a helping hand. Safe travels... cant wait for friday!! Woohoo.
Love your positivity. Well done Elenya & Nick on giving not just yourselves an experience of a lifetime but giving your gorgeous children a real life educational experience. Safe travels 💓
Another great episode and personally I think you’re one of the best RU-vidrs travelling Australia. Had a good laugh about the beetroot, been there myself 😂
Very interesting to see the axle camera work as you traversed a dune. The real bonus was seeing the spring mounted tray doing it's stuff, I'm very glad you did that. In terrain like that, the tray is always moving and when they are starting to lift like you showed, they creak. If you hear the rear of the truck creaking, that's when the tray is lifting.
Ahahahah!!! Team!!! Epic episode! You mob are hilarious!!! Love watching your episodes, we’re trying to grow our channel, different to yours, but team! You’re so natural, so naturally comical and just so good to watch!! We’re having a chilli margs watching trying to set up feckin StarLink. Lead foot well done!!! 😂🤙🤙🤙🤙
Hands down the best youtube channel you guys are real, funny as and full of life. I would love to crack a tinnie around the fire with you guys ( after the boys are in bed lol). Was suposed to do a double crossing this year but work stuffed that up yet again. Keep burning stuff Elenya best darn cookin show out there who needs toothpaste it's over rated.😊
Yeeeeehhaaaaaaa Dukes of Hazard are back!!🤣🤣 You 2 are a classic😝what a fun episode 🤪 What a fun experience and bucket list item completed in the Simpson Desert🙏🏻💯 Now you’ve done it, could you have done it with your normal van
Love watching you guys 😂 Just a tip when making white sauce you need to melt butter first add the flour and stir until combined. Then you gradually add the milk to thicken. 😊😊😊
I have been very lucky to travel 3 times to Australia and loved the country very much. I wish I could live and work there for good and also go out on adventures like yours 👍
Great trip and vid. To note is that trailers are quite damaging to the dunes. Watching the tracks deteriorate over the years and multiple Simpson crossings, one notices the slow destruction. I was fairly shocked to see rubbish, car batteries and toilet paper blowing in the wind on my most recent crossing 2 weeks ago. Poor tyre pressures and not using 4wd are also 2 other factors contributing. Not having a go, but you guys have a great platform here to educate as well as entertain. All of us 4wd adventurers have a duty to keep our beautiful country open, to protect it, learn and share from each other on how best to do this ✌🏼
Hey Richard! Totally agree on your comment above! However us not being in 4WD was an honest mistake. We were out there approx 4 weeks ago and we were pleasantly surprised how well kept the camps were and didn’t see rubbish at all. Must depend on the people on the crossing at the time (: Appreciate your support! (:
@@elnick.adventures all cool and thanks for the reply. We’ve all hit a few tracks the wrong way plenty of times and will all hit a few more. As an outback traveller for over 30 years, I do believe that now more than ever the rate of exploring is increasing as is the rate of destruction. That does come hand in with travelling so minimising the damage I think is about the best tool we have prior to severe restrictions and finally track closures (which are happening in my local forest, and has been increasing significantly). Helping each other along the way by sharing information I find is a decent way to go about it. Happy travels out there and don’t think about the flies, don’t think about the flies, don’t think about the flies….😝
Best jaffles are corned beef, cheese, tomato & onion. Quite the staple when we’re bush. Another fave is sardines. Not for everyone we know but we like ‘em. Goodonya
Thanks guys for another brilliant episode, so natural, so you, all of you, dirt and cooking brilliant mix. Drone and video shots are top notch and enjoyable. Thank you.🤗🤗🤗🤗🤠
Love watching you guys!! Your energy is amazing!! You guys are always happy and laughing. I look forward to your episodes every week. You guys are amazing 😍🤩
Had a great time across the Simpson at 18psi in my Prado. Was a dry August. Very surprised last May on ghe SA/Vic Border Track to find my br😢eakfast 18 had becme 22 at morning tea bogging!
I think we may have passed you heading west in a small convoy. The Simpson sure is an experience. Great video guys, looking forward to the rest of the series :)
Awesome been 10 minutes since i watched had to come back to tell you i'm still Smiling. so uplifting in these well current times. Cheers safe travels 😀
I think we passed you guys not far from Poeppel Corner we were heading west in the Unimog, the biggest dunes we had to tractor up in 2nd or first, some of the holes were massive.
Just scrape the burnt part off with a knife . It works very well . Oh if the kids get the hearshy squirts again give the egg and rice omelette rinse the rice really good and use the least oil to cook them , you want the omelette bland as possible . I have this problem a lot through my life and these egg and rice usually cork things up .
Love watching your travels. There are a few clips on here of people on their motor bikes who did a solo crossing of the Simpson desert. It's worth watching them.
I guess anything is doable however I feel like you shouldn’t do it with an 15ft van (: you could always leave your van at Birdsville or Dalhousie springs and do abit of the desert ?
Awesome episode guys! Such an interesting adventure the Simpson, as it’s something I’m just not equiped for. Thanks heaps for sharing guys! Roc on legends, and travel safe 🍺🍺🍺
why doesnt the trailer have electric drive motors on the wheels them dunes would be like mole hills if suz wasn`t trailing that weight seen lots of struggles with others also
Excess charcoal on the burnt toast of a jaffle can be scraped off. Otherwise do the miner's pasty trick. Eat the inside and throw away the casing that was contaminated by minerals on the miners hands.
Oh god no! The nugget is an absolute weapon of an offroad van! We were amazed with how well it went offroad actually 🙌 if we didn’t have 3 young kids, it would be t awesome for our offroad adventures (:
Amazing video. Your efforts are deeply appreciated. You need to give Suzi a decent remap and release her full potential. Thanx for all your hard work. Cheers Johnny&Rene
Fantastic episode , just loved every minute of the frivolities in driving the Simpson Desert . Awesome family adventures with the flies ……….how did you cope with the flies ? Look forward to the next video .
