judge first priority should be contempt petition. when someone has not obeyed earlier court judgement how can they expect she will obey now. Judge should see why contempt and next step. bring the child to court before that as per earlier order, allow the father for visitation child

He is trying to prove something that doesn't exist on records, This judge is the best when comes to listening to both parties without any gender discrimination , He has quashed many false 498 FIRs by women in the past.

@@pallavbhatt4222I also filed Quashing Petition against false 498A where my wife alleged that I Forcefully threw her out keeping all her streedhan in my possession on 30th October 2023. But I was almost 1000 Kilometres away from my home that day and also I marked Office attendance on that day. Based on this ground can the FIR be Quashed?
