@@babe6835 After that moment Mary told her that she could decide what to eat thinking that would make up for all the neglect. However, George actually remembered and acted on it giving her a lot more attention and care than he did before. George woke up and looked after her more.

But I can't say the same for Missy. After all, she did blab to someone about Georgie having a baby. What makes you think Missy will keep quiet?

The show could have easily been called “The Coopers” if it wasn’t a prequel to TBBT with singular focus on Sheldon.

I believe Missy will get character development. This is because when Georgie was trying to patch his relationship with Sheldon in the Big Bang Theory, he mentioned that when their father passed away, Missy was " a dumb teenager." This makes me believe that Missy is going to go down a dark path, and we will get to see a more devious/broken side of her. Perhaps she will start hanging out with the wrong crowd at school and will get into trouble more often. Start flunking in school and refusing to get an education. Start distancing herself from her family, and maybe perhaps she could 'run away from home' since she has already done that in the past when there was too much drama to handle. Maybe the writers can bring back Paige and help Missy understand better this situation since she too had her 'rebellious stage' when her parents divorced. There are so many ways to interpret Georgie's quote from the Big Bang Theory, and I'm so stoked.

@@RJ-mg4nt True but the may not go that further down but you never know. All we know is that the show will expand to seven seasons, we're at the sixth season. If we want to see the kind of development in Missy's character you mentioned, the show will have to put that into the seventh season.

@@RJ-mg4nt Well, Sheldon is getting older so the show's title wouldn't fit. Besides, George is a regular in the show, and he will die around the time Sheldon is 14 according to what Sheldon stated in tbbt, but Sheldon also went to Germany when he was 14. The way I see it, the show may end when George dies. And Sheldon has mostly been narrating things about his life that are mostly about his dad.

He basically groomed her till she was old enough that’s kinda weird he’s a ok dad he has his moments but he cheated and basically doesn’t care about nothing but his needs.

Maybe because Mary is so goody and self righteous, she gets all huffy. George was denying anything wrong with Brenda but at least he gave a reasonable explanation and talked with Missy about it. The problems started because George and Mary both have frustrated feelings about the other, but they don't talk about it, they just get mad and walk away. So typical in marriage. Couples should be required to take classes in communication before they can marry.
