@@cindoz1289 It depends, some lawyers are too passive to call out a judge or even volunteer themselves to be jailed with their client even if the judge is wrong. These lawyers have gone above and beyond for their client.
Case is getting tossed. Jury has already been out a month and the new judge has her current workload plus has to get up to speed on the longest trial in state history. Another banger for Fani!

@@marcelmarshall4240 clearly you haven't been watching the actual trial every day since the beginnjng....cuz if you did, you would know that there has been zero proof or evidence tying any of these crimes to these defendants beyond a reasonable doubt whatsoever....In fact, after taking TEN MONTHS to seat a jury, on Day ONE of actusl trial, during dishonorable ADA Love's Opening Statement, there was more than one grounds for a mistrial right away, as she committed prosecutorial misconduct and broke Orders already ruled on by Judge Glanville by showing and stating information about attorneys and previous clients etc. and that was NOT supposed to be heard by the jury as ordered by Glanville...she also BURDEN SHIFTED to the defense, right there in her opening, for the jury and the cameras and world to hear and see...AND, in the same opening statement, she also admitted like 60 some slides and pictures, when there was already rulings against those as well or the efene only was told about FOUR slides/pics...in other words, failed to disclose evidence to defense, as well as used evidence that was ruled against already by the judge......Did she get admonished?? Nope...she sure didnt...and the motion for mistrial was ignored and ruled againt immediately verbally within one second of the motions for mistrial being verbalized....just like he did for every single motion of the sort that the defense raised to this very day...The prosecutorial and judicial misconduct and BIAS against defendants began on the very first day and continued/got worse and worse as the trial carried on....not to mention the improper ex parte mtg with a SWORN WITNESS, the coercion, th witness intimidation, the Brady violations from said mtg, etc etc etc I could go on and on about how unfair, biased, unjust, and unconstitutional this trial has been from the very beginning....and ANYONE who's actually been watching it all(not just small clips in the media, which are usually quite misinformed and factually incorrect) will say the exact same thing!! And that includes TONS of other judges and attorneys throughout our nation even chiming in with disbelief at how horrible and unfair and WRONG this trial has been!!!!

Judge was outta line and knew very well that he violated many ethical standards and he in fact crossed his boundaries by having a hidden meeting that caused such controversy of corruption.
Brian Steele has been a thorn in the side of the Fulton county failure of a legal system for a while now. Glandville knew him, and didn’t like him, from day one of this trial.
😂This is a no brainer! If the judge finds an attorney from one side or the other in criminal contempt, then it necessarily follows that he should recuse himself.
The contempt he held Brian Steele in and other things he did. It was a hornets nest when Brian steele’s attorneys had to come in that courtroom and represent him.
The ones that accuse you are usually guilty of the things that they say thee accused are guilty of! The FAULTon County D.A.'s Office Along with FAULTon County Judges have commited more R.I.C.O. Violations just during this trial alone than thee accused! PERIOD!

If the content of the mtg should have taken place in court, the ex parte should have been available to the defence therefore because it wasn’t, should be considered illegal according to her logic web.
Where’d you get that idea? You know there are countless other countries where if you got thrown into their justice system you would be begging to come back to the US. Here is an example at the very least where the defendants motioned for the judge to recuse himself, and he didn’t make that decision, another judge did, and she explicitly stated why, and it was granted.
The defendants lawyer was a badass when the judge charged the lawyer with contempt and the lawyer wanted to be incarcerated with his client so he could do his job.
Double Jeopardy gets attached if the mistrial is due to prosecutorial or judicial misconduct. So I’m not sure what the other comment means by saying it, does not apply. It definitely does apply depending on the reason for the mistral being granted.
Bias showed with glanville when it came to Steele cause he know exactly who Steele is ! He even brought up how Steele got him on an appeal He played with him over in over again after he warned him & asked for fairness before this trial even went left ! Steele is amazing , & glanville knows just that but for him to call him unorganized & etc was every distasteful 🤮 he even went far to lock Steele up when the state have lied over in over and he covered it up ! I’m so happy Steele got the justice he deserved
A new fair trial is only going to help the state!!! Finish it out and worst case jury come back guilty there are too many grounds to appeal! Defense has been flawless this whole trial so the prosecutors shouldn’t get retries because they screwed up all trial!
Before I didn’t think that there was a chance of mistrial, but when you hear everything that’s gone on so far how could there not be a mistrial? If the judge handled the case properly from the beginning, then the prosecution would’ve had a fighting chance, even though they are a mess as well, but given the prosecutors and the judge handled this case so poorly I think there’s a definite chance of mistrial.
I've wathced this Judge be unprfessional, he ruined his cred, take you and your dog for a walk, these are young mens lives, BYE!!! we will not miss how angry you got !!!!
