The attorney for Antonio "Mounk Tounk" Sledge was back on the stand for the second day to discuss the contents of his client's plea agreement. During his cross-examination, the state alleged YSL defense attorneys made improper statements. Prosecutor Adriane Love wanted Judge Paige Reese Whitaker to admonish the attorneys, but Judge Whitaker denied the motions.

Young Thug faces nearly a dozen charges, including possession of drugs and weapons, participation in criminal street gang activity, and conspiracy to violate Georgia’s RICO Act. The rapper was arrested in May of 2022 along with 27 other alleged gang members. Many of those defendants have taken plea deals in the case.

If you listened the DA asked the judge to rebuke and admonish the defense. None of those words mean she wants the defense removed. I agree, you should probably stick to judge judy.

The thing that gets me is the way the judge continues to carry the state everyday. She ( the judge) always interrupts the defense when they’re on a roll against the state. She rushes them to finish up when the state takes all day to ask the same questions for hours

No one believed me when she first came in i know the judge and judge g the court well for a rico case and it was sane bs i told ppl sge fame in to act like she was cleaning it up but she is just as bad as judge g!! Sad thing this wont stop ot will continue our rico case was bs evidence my homegirl 12 year later when she had a home husband kids etc stayed away trom gangs got sentence 25 ot was really bs i still have the news clippings..

This is ridiculous. She wants them admonished for defending their clients against her dirty tactics? They didn't make anything up. That has been the state's entire problem. They have been using backdoor tactics from the start of the trial and continue to do so. Even though the trial is an unadulterated bust. Love should be admonished for her overuse of objections to distort the defense's presentation. The judge also needs to curb her biases. She is really making any appeal a surety. Ms. Love gets flustered or confused and the Judge covers for by saying “you mean …. “. Yes your honor that is what I meant. It wasn’t along the lines Love was speaking. The Judge to Love and Fulton: Are you asking (insert legal definition, term, statute, case law) when they have said something that doesn’t fit the situation. Today Ms. Love was extremely loud and agitated with her witness during direct and redirect. The Prosecution says they will have this or that ready and something that had to be turned over to the defense was emailed at 10:30pm to be used for the witness on the stand in the morning. The Judge told the prosecution they need to a refresher on Brady. “A Brady violation occurs when the government fails to disclose evidence materially favorable to the accused. I would 5150 myself if I were on the jury.
