Watching the replay, is it normal for the judge to declare the state has proven their case while still presenting? I know when they rest they will ask for a mistrial and the judge will typically deny due to the state providing enough to continue. But the judge did that mid case presentation of the state. Shouldn’t that be immediate mistrial?
