@@Japanesefoodcraftsman It is the same in NYC. every stall or truck is such a good price and the food is to die for. I have traveled all over and it's the same for each State in the USA and Canada. Great Food can be found in the most tiny location. Yes they have to pay for the license, and bid on the available spots. But once you find your favorite cook. your hook. This is such a blessing for us workers in the area. The Rents in a building it just too much, and we Pay higher price for food. But the Street vender has to be on his/her game all the time, and they are TOP.

This is the place they can share and chatting about the tiring day they not the one who's walking alone and make them so proud of what they done, japan is rising the civilization.

Oh the young people really enjoying themselves!! I usually see older men and or couples in their 30s in yatai ( I think that’s what the food stalls are called)! So it was fun watching young people enjoying and having fun with the friendly and handsome owner🥰
