In south Africa we got different provinces & where we from is called the western Cape but the west side is also influenced by the late great 2pac. South Africa is a very diverse country & we known as the coloured community. His lingo is based on our own street lingo like it's a mix of languages & made to suite us. Going back to the language it was originally designed in prison as a discreet language that would confuse wardens as to what was been said.

South Africa has a Coastal region referred to as the Cape region or (Kaap in Afrikaans) and it’s divided into western cape and eastern cape, hence his reference to west coast. His accent is from a mixed race hood who speaks Afrikaans as their main language, it sounds lot like Dutch and German
